We recently purchased our new truck from Harry's on the Hill and I can't say enough about this team. Spencer and Chad were a breath of fresh air after days of dealing with prototypical "used car salesmen." We told Spencer what our goal was, exactly what we needed, and he delivered quickly and honestly. This is seriously the dream team if you need a new vehicle! Recommend 10/10! Also love that this dealership is family and female owned!!!

I live in Atlanta but was in Asheville for the weekend and my GMC Terrain broke down. I had it towed on a Sunday to Harry's on the Hill. Hunter Kinsey (Service Advisor) called me at 7:05am on Monday to let me know that they had received my car, would diagnose it and let me know the details later that day. Hunter called me around lunchtime, explain the issues, gave me a very reasonable cost to repair and had it all set and ready to go by the end of business Monday. EXCEPTIONAL service and great communication by Hunter. I even got to shake his hand and thank him when I picked it up the following Saturday. Hunter and the team made a potentially very stressful situation extremely easy. 5 out of 5 stars...HIGHLY recommed!!

Don’t take your car here for service. They clearly don’t care about the customer. There’s a huge lack of communication after repeated follow ups. I purchased the extended bumper to bumper offered by GM and Harrys doesn’t even have contact details for the warranty and immediately dismiss an item from being covered. I took the same issue to other another dealership and it was handled the same day. Do not go here for your vehicle needs. This is not a one time issue. It’s been similar issues over the course of the last 2 years of servicing my car there.

Such a great experience with the service center at Harry’s. Worked with Nick in the service department who got us right in, even earlier than our scheduled appointment. He was very accommodating to our schedule. Harry’s got our truck fixed with no issues.
